It extracts from friends, and friends of friends, what appear to be the hottest Tweets and their links, then generates a hierarchical page that is based on a newspaper page display.
Ulken, who is coming to join us at University of British Columbia in the new year as a visiting professor, interviews the developer and the concepts behind it.
