Of all the conferences I might have liked to attend, the CUNY session on the next business model for the newspaper seems to be the one. I've lurked on a few sites to glean what I can from the proceedings and think the Tim Windsor blog did well in descriving from of the points: outsource, curate, hire the full meal deal, stop making digital a sidecar. My takeaway second-hand: High degree of difficulty, lots of performance anxiety, but an achievable flip.
